NUESTRO, meaning “ours”, is born from a collective of olive growers from Andalucia.

NUESTRO, meaning “ours”, is born from a collective of olive growers from Andalucia, Spain who simply decided to regain control of their superior product and ensure that consumers have access to high-quality Spanish olive oil without additives or masking agents. And thus, a revolution was born!

For decades, olive oil has been exported from Spain, the largest producer in the world, to other countries. Some unscrupulous import companies routinely cut this superior olive oil with soybean oil and other cheaper oils to make it more profitable. Sometimes they even adulterate it with chlorophyll to enhance the colour or beta-carotene to disguise the flavour.


“Nuestro” is a collective of various olive mills from the region of Andalucia, the best and largest olive-producing area of Spain.

The product is the result of the combined efforts of over 4,000 members from small family-run farms, mainly from the province of Cordoba, renowned for being one of the best olive growing provinces in Andalucía, and all of Spain, for that matter.

Reversing the trend of exporting more than 60% of their production in bulk to Italy, these dedicated farmers are the rudder that steers this ship.


In the production we have managed to adapt tradition and technology to conform to the high-quality standards.

With the modernisation of farming techniques (vegetative cover, organic olive production, integrated production, etc), the use of small, modern machinery and a focus on top quality, we have managed to adapt tradition and technology to conform to the high-quality standards demanded by the most discerning palates.

These mills work with olive producers with olive groves anywhere from 5 to 200 hectares, with a capacity to incorporate more producers when necessary.
